depends on the mask but ye u right for the most part. General hospital masks just stop the infection from spreading cause it stops the carriers who have it from spreading it from cough etc. But if you but the right kind it can block out enough pathogens to be considered useful in helping you not catch it. I dont remember what exactly they are called but my grandmas doctor got her one . They are called something like n95 masks or something like that.

this shitty asshat of a worker (in a fastfood joint, no less) comes in with a cough and no mask. he works on backline with me whenever im on shift with him, already hard enough to work with him as is refused to work with him unless he had a mask.

Just what I was told by her doctor, Its supposedly what the healthcare workers are using they said. Basically the same as the surgical masks they use ig, which is meant to block most everything in and out

Ik its 12.53 pm but some people are trying to sleep here so no need to play that fucking music so loud.... Geeez i hate living in block of flat.... So sleepy but so awake at the same time. Shuld i get some whiskey or not thats now the question

The only thing worse than people blaring music while driving by is people blaring music from their goddam apartments/houses as if they were performing for a live concert.
