@elhaym Gesundheit is used, but from where I lived. Gesundheit is rarer in usage. Bless you is more common. I would not be surprised if the roles were reversed in some parts of the US. Where gesundheit is more common in usage then bless you. As the US is a big country and has a variation in accents. There's also a variation on how people refer to common words. As for example the words: coke, pop, and soda. A study conducted by N.C. State University plotted the gradient on the words usage for coke, pop, and soda. The stronger the shade of red. Then soda is used more frequently. The stronger the shade of blue. Then pop is used more frequently. The stronger the shade of green. Then coke is used more frequently. A gradient map would also apply to the words Gesundheit and bless you. Where Gesundheit is used more then bless you and vice versa.
