Well yeah diet AND exercise. But dieting doesnt mean starving yourself. And you also gotta change your eating habits, no eating before bed, eating in bulk stuff like that.

Man Resistance 2 was pretty cool. Same with Killzone 2, shame I got into those games kinda late. Killzone 3's multiplayer didn't seem as enjoyable as 2's and Shadowfall was a bit of a snoozer.
