Actually....I think people only say that in English. In other stuff I speak, it's usually something like "be well" or "stay healthy". But then again, there is a variation of "goddammit" in pretty much every language, so nvm I guess....LOL

if life is my oyster than i must be allergic to shellfish if life is like a box of chocolates than i must have diabetes

i learned from a friend that if your in public or somewhere and sneeze without the awkwardness of no "bless you" you can just say "bless me" after sneezing ya know bless you started when people thought you sneezed your soul out if you had a headache they also use to drill into your head to make the demons go away
