Ain't turning? Probably your starter, since you said the battery seems to be fine. Buuuuut.... I'm no mechanic. Personally, I'd search online and even YouTube is an excellent resource. Not expensive or difficult to replace on your own, if that's what it is.

It could be the fuel pump, starter, ECU/PCM or something as simple as a fuse or all the above. In normal operation from my understanding and could very from manufacturer, when you put the key in and turn it to the notch before you turn on the starter you should hear the fuel pump kick on. When you turn the key all the way you should hear the starter and then your car *should* start running. Since neither of those are happening my guess is a fuse may be blown somewhere or loose. I know when I pulled my fuse for my PCM to reset fuel trim there was no chimes for when the door was open nor was there sound from the fuel pump and the starter didn't kick on when I tried draining the capacitors in the unit to clear out keep alive memory. The radio was able to power on though which matches your description. If you have an anti theft system in place something could be screwy with that, but it's kinda hard to tell without actually being in person to get a rough idea of what's going on. TL;DR check your fuses first and then go from there. If it was chugging/whining when turning over or just didn't start in the past, that's a good place to look after inspecting fuses.
