The hardest part about working out is making a habit out of it cause working out was not this hard when I was working out 6 days a week that summer in sophomore year of HS now I do a couple of exercises and call it a day for the rest of the month

For me the hard part is deciding whether or not I actually need to. I consider myself a strong person, mentally or physically, and have been given no reasons for self doubt. I normally just go with the flow, and adapt. So it's hard for me to keep a routine.

For me its a challenge and im jobless so it just passes time. In the future when im more so mentally drained then physically ill be looking forward to it like before when i walked 10K steps a day from work. If you want more energy try cutting out processed BS, eat more fruit, veggies and greek yogurt and limit caffeine if you can.
