Random thoughts...

Well im on the puerto rican side of spanish not taught by a school but actual family members who speak it. Idk where that falls between spain and Mexican spanish. I do know that some words differ between puerto rican spanish and mexican spanish. But being able to roll R's and speak in sort of a backwards way compared to english helps alot with japanese. I dont have the typical english accent since i dont speak traditional american english at home.

@hell_hound7 You will still sound like a foreigner coming from Spanish. You may make slightly less mistakes with stressing syllables at the start. If you're going to pause anywhere in a sentence usually after a particle such as "wa" (は) is the best place.

Yeah see thats what i figured. Right after "wa" sounds like the most plausible place to pause. Im trying to basically imitate native japanese speakers. (Not like anime because i feel its more exaggerated compared to videos of normal people and how they talk)
