Hm. Math is important because it's the only thing universal. It's the same in every language. There's no refuting 1+1=2. While I didn't need trigenometry or calculus, I think basic algebra and geometry are very useful day to day. Algebra especially.

I agree. I treated Algebra like a game because essentially all you are doing is trying to solve a puzzle. With some things I struggled and other things I picked up fairly easy. I also think that if you are having a hard time, take a break from it and come back to it later again. Not really the best solution or tool for a school where they have to have structure to follow the state curriculums.
