Random thoughts...

Has anyone ever got to the point where they didn’t necessarily care if people texted back as much as they did before? Like I’m to the point where if people don’t want to talk I have plenty of people who’d like to talk and have deep conversations with me. I know it’s random as fuck but I just thought of it.

I think I even explained that to someone's thread here, he was just upset that some of his closest friends became distant.

It’s crazy how it happens sometimes. like you hit it off with people and it crumbles or you don’t and somehow keep in contact it’s weird.

It is heart breaking, I think I only realized that it's normal after I saw my high school buddies after several years. We were a close bunch, but with our age, most of them have serious obligations now. I can't exactly get upset that they prioritize those than our friendship. I think it does cause me to be cautious with knowing new people, but I would like to think I still take a chance on getting to know someone well. Even if that is only for a moment.
