THATS THE THING Im not able to get it till tomorrow, and by then i wont want it

somewhat like that I just kind of see myself as in 2nd person? my brain is someone else and then my body is someone I would do so much shit and feel like crap and dying, but end up feeling better and trying to get shit down cuz i saw myself. like i empathize with myself? idk if that makes sense?

O kinda like multiple personality disorder You feel like you take a back seat and are just watching someone else go thru the motions you should have to. But i mean kinda not like that, like ur a diff person from a sec ago and you just know their experiences, you were born in someone elses body when they were 20 but retaining all the knowledge memories and pain. Hmmm i think i kinda get it... just not how to put it into the right words, but its somewhere in the middle of those two

Kinda? its like being bipolar i would say Mood changes and with each mood kinda having their own personality or way of thinking about things

The michael reeves Dr. K session was actually really interesting I didnt think i was going to watch the whole thing then when i looked thinking 10mins passed an hour was gone, its interesting how much therapists skew what people think with their questions, and how trying to figure out the cause of something can actually put new thoughts into their head. Makes you think how many thoughts are your own.

Its funny how it hurts ur brain to think about how your brain works like how we can comprehend enough to tell that we cant actually comprehend anything. Or if we want to it could take our whole lives just to figure a piece of it out.
