Been really depressed lately, is this some sort of Stockholm syndrome or something? Was stuck in a place i hated for so long doing a job i hated for so long and now that im free idk how to feel. Is this that post deployment unfulfillment they mentioned.

I am still working so hard to lose weight, make money, and take care of my mom. However, I still feel upset about something. Am I really a person who is mentally weak?

Thank you bro. I have been trying so hard to be mentally stronger but I keep slipping when I am alone. When I am home it is fine but when I am at work alone is when it hits me hard.
