Have you always just had 2 irl friends, Pringle? I have more than a handful, but as per the rules of adulting, no one is around at the same time anymore so we're lucky if 3 of us meet up at once.

As a kid I had a handful of friends irl. Things changed after middle school though..got bullied pretty bad for 2 years straight..after that I never had the courage to approach anyone in high school, my self esteem plummeted to an all time low, the two friends I have now approached me first..I'm pretty timid irl unfortunately, I do have quite a few close online friends that I've known for years but would be nice if I had more people to meet irl..since I like going out.

That's unfortunate to hear. I had an inner circle of friends in elementary school, but then in middle school they became friends with people who didn't like me for some reason and so those kids turned their back on me. Luckily I still had two other really good friends I'd hang out with as well, and because of them, they met other people who we became friends with during high school. I also understand your country is sparsely populated outside of Helsinki and maybe a few other cities. Do you live in area where it is hard to find other people?
