Are hipsters finally over?

Seriously. Has hipster culture finally died or just merged and melded into the norm now? I was more of the skater-goth/emo/scene gen. Then hipsters came in and destroyed everything, like a foreign species accidentally introduced to the ecosystem which ultimately lead to its untimely demise. Very few positive things came out of hipster culture. I must say, I rather did enjoy the banjo becoming part of pop music. Something I won't miss? All the muffin tops from all those two sizes too small pants. *vomit* What are things you love and hate about hipster culture? Discuss.

They are a part of society now until the open their mouths and you get to identify who they are inside. They suck, especially the 'artistic' ones. They think art is actually better and more important than anything else and that they apparently know and manage it too in better ways, as I tell you, they suck.

Come to Berlin. Preferably Friedrichshain. Shit isn't over. But I personally don't mind hipsters as a whole and style wise I got called hipster a couple times myself. Now that I think of it.. I do look like a hobo sometimes. My fave top is 5 years old and has holes in it. And I love mason jars, lol. I mainly only drink carbonated drinks and since I don't like drinking directly from the bottle and open glasses don't keep the fizziness in for long I use mason jars. I also use them when doing meal prep. They preserve salads and other foods nicely fresh throughout the whole week... It's a thing even my grandparents already did, lol. I also love pickling everything. Which also requires mason jars. But that's a Russian thing. Or maybe I'm really just a hipster and in denial. :( Burn me before I procreate.

i dress like a hobo but idk if its cuz im a hipster or cuz im lazy af. But the "hipster" title lets me dress like the garbage i am lmao.
