It'd be nice to have an auto-refresh for when keeping tabs on several tabs(heh), Maybe even a little sound que when a new post is made, and in the tab of the browser showing how many new posts have been made since you last looked into the page.

@Maya There is a star by the title that you can highlight for notifications on any thread.
