Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. I've been attracted to women on both sides of the spectrum and I find that it's more about how you carry yourself than anything else.

Whenever I hear nature as a prime reason it makes me realise how fast evolution actually moves forward (sarcasm off). Look at paintings from other centuries. For example from the renaissance. Those women were not fat but certainly not today's definition of thin. Average at most. No big boobs or booties either. That was the ideal body shape at the time. Freaking Venus had that body shape. It has shit to do with reproduction. It's mainly linked to society's current standards and as for our sorry generation porn's today's standards.

I've heard the argument that skinny women are popular in times of plenty (of food/wealth) and bigger women are popular in times of hardship. Sort of the opposite of whatever is the norm. Thus making such women more "exotic".

Yep. My point is reproduction and primal instincts are not why big boobs, tiny waist, big bootie are popular in western countries today. It's our society.

I actually realised that few years ago when I went to museum to watch those Greek statues and looked at Venus with a though "Hey, I almost look like her. A little bit workout and I will definitely be like her". Since my family is not Western like I it helped me to go over that depressing thought.

I've always strongly believed that it's not what's outside that matters, it's mostly what's on the inside.

Meh...being able to see people for what they really are quite easily, beauty means something different to me... Those very few special gems in my life that I ever let come close to me, were the ones that I loved for both their qualities as well as the flaws.
