@Fran That really sucks. A lot of people around me seem to have this problem. The six pack problem is also an issue for me. It's really annoying, but you have to keep trying, because coming to the conclusion that you are unable to is a bad conclusion idea (some in my family have drawn that conclusion and as a result have let themselves go, which is really hard to watch)

i might safe up and get a bike when i was younger i use to cycle run swim power walk and jog every single day for 3 years i was an exercise freak and nearly had a six pack then so if i can get motivated again and do all that again

I also gave up on my personal "get abs goal" it's too hard if you don't eat lean and properly. And i love fast food too much to give that up lol. After watching yowamushi pedal i have wanted to go biking so bad but nobody i know around me wants to ride bikes >.<
