So! The weekend is over. Any of you fellow Dutch people went there?
What do you think? What could be better? What did you get?
For me, it was my first con. And even if its my first one, I had a certain expectation and thoughts about it. Fir instance, I found the lack of actual anime disturbing. There was a lot, but I mean a shitload of Marvel. Deadpool, Suicide Squad, Batman vs Superman and Captain America: Civil War were all presented in high volume, so much so I had the feeling people got payed to fricking to there for the promoshun. There was a lack of Anime I found disturbing. There was one Nintendo stand with some new game called Yokai Watch, but it was pretty mute by the looks of it. It was a rather small one too. On saturday, it was over crowded and I was unable to actually look around and browse through merchandise without being pushed or something. Glad the second day (SLept in a hostel overnight) was less busy, thus making it easier to walk about and actually LOOK at stuff. Overall I'd give it an 7/10 because dank memes and because I expected a bit more.
I got some interesting stuff though:
- T-shirts with the texts: Senpai and Ecchi respectivly.
- A Hatsune Miku shirt <3
- Bunch of posters (Two japanese styled hanger-thingies) and a few normal ones
- Awesome pocketwatch + MP3 Player
- My ever first Pocky.. ^o^
- Two PVC figures (Forgot the names - at work atm)
