China is very much on the rise lately. I hope they don't get a really bad leader. I feel like America is in a long slow decay.

Yeah, but it has to reach a certain point for things to actually fall apart. Economic collapse to the point where you can't just bury your head in the sand and go play your xbox. Where a large number of American's are pushed into circumstances of barely surviving so they fight back or engage in chaos to the point of indefinite martial law. At that point, things will fall apart fast.

I just...don't care for it. Sometimes it seems like the system that we made to form politics has created a situation where there is no right answer. Sure we can vote in one person or another, in theory, and they may have different views on how things should be done... but what is to say they won't all make the same mistakes because it's what the 'people' want at the time. There is no way that the system will allow a decision or policy to be passed in a way that will benefit everyone.
