So he got jail time for this prank XD. I so dont think that was necessary. I mean yes it was a real knife and was somewhat walking after the children not chasing. Lolz maybe I dont see anything wrong because this looks like some sh** I would do but not act on. Every one has that crazy thought in the back of their mind of something they wanted to try or do. But lolz I dont have the time or patience to put on a full costume and make up to go chase some random kids around my neighborhood XD.
