How to make mah sauce:
Put the following into a bowl
- heavy cream
- shredded parmesan cheese
- egg yolk
- minced garlic
- a mix of Italian herbs
- salt & pepper
- Moar Parmesan
Mix all of these together until it is one, thick sauce.
Add a ladle of the seasoned and oiled boiling water used to cook your pasta. This will cook the egg yolk into the sauce and give it a lighter taste.

Did I already post here? Can't remember I'm way too lazy to search but one of my favourite things to make whenever I cook is stuff like curries, pies and what-not - y'know stuff where you can throw any ingredient that works with different types of sauces, flavourings or what-have-you and just experiment with all the different things! I love doing stuff from recipes but I find sticking to strict recipes is boring (plus I have the attention span of a newly owned puppy) so I like to discover for myself what works and what doesn't. Plus I love cooking stuff in my trusty wok, I love woks.

Well I am a Hollandaise addict, I have a variation that uses freshly squeezed lime and blood orange in place of the normal vinegar and its delicious with Salmon and Asparagus, or with Poached Eggs over Slab bacon.
I made some Shakshuka yesterday, which I altered to have a curry flavor (extra spicy)
I make my own Kimchi (which is so odiferous that people leave the room, but I love it)

My meals are like, put some instant noodles in a bowl, cook up water, put all ingredients in the bowl, pour water over all, wait 3 minutes and done.

Akyju,
I was like you once. Then I added egg and nori and my world opened.

Man, I've cooked so many different things that it's hard for me to find food/cooking interesting anymore. Any suggestions?
