I listen to everything, but that comes with working in music hahaha. I play piano, cello, bass, guitar, some drums, and a mean digital audio workspace lol. I also play some old Chinese instruments like the dizi (wood flute) and a guzheng (that big long thing with a lot of strings running across that you pluck). I like picking up new instruments to jam with so the list is kinda ever growing

That is awesome xueli. I listen to a variety of instrumental tracks , but I think I will always have a preference for bass/lead guitar work. Someday I should get off my rump and learn how to play them.

I cast a pretty damn wide net. I suppose to mention something uncommon, I'm a big house head. The House Music genre gave rise to, and is in the same family tree as electronica and techno. The mashups or mixes of songs you hear today began with house music. Aside from that... Any song I can play guitar to.

Oh my Celestia, Christian rock and other inspirational related genres of music drive me nuts. I had a roomate in college that would blast that in the dorm 24/7 and I've never been so close to justifying murder. But I listen to all kinds of rock and metal, and it makes me kinda sad that the stuff I listened to as a kid is on the oldies stations now. Needless to say I like a lot of anime related songs and soundtracks. Some video game soundtracks and bands like The Advantage and The Mini Bosses make me nostalgia so hard. Foxcore also melts my butter. But lately I've been listening to a lot of Vocaloid radio.

I used to make some money as a songwriter but I've recently quit because it became less of a fun passion and more of a chore.

I play saxophone, used to play piano, trombone (a little), can dabble on the trumpet, know some basic guitar, and... vocals. That's about it for me :l I like listening to Alt music, some japanese stuff, if I like the beat/rhythm, etc, and punk rock as well. (Weezer FTW!)
