They are, I've had them since they were little bitty, didn't even have their eyes open :3 They're both Almost 2 That's odd that they only allow cats. Usually it's the other way around where I'm from.

I think here it's about noise level and people not cleaning up after their pets when they go to the bathroom. IDK because yeah my cat is far more destructive than any of my dogs ever were.
