i would love a girl that everyday dress up well. i dont think that has anything to do with how desperate a person is to find someone, i guess that goes more on how you act with people. (never give up shoes)

i don't think so i dated people that didn't really care about how they dressed but they were never desperate its mostly on how they act and their personality

It reminds me of that funny thing that'd happen each year in college where the first few days, most of the girls would be dressed to the nines. Then flash forward to mid semester and lots of them would be showing up in pajama pants.
