How can I find a girl like this?

Firstly, the conversation turned into a joke. Secondly, the picture is a statement of common interests, actually, and the statement "gotta be hot and otaku," as you put it, is taken out of context. It is neither what I said, nor what I meant. Please don't take what is said in humor seriously. I mean really, we were talking about dragonballs. The real question was meant to be 'How do I meet girls with similar interests like this?'. The question is perfectly valid, in fact, because I know how much time indoors and typically by ourselves we (as a group) spend. This is very difficult. It's not like going to a bar (ugh), going up to someone and dancing with them, which actually is shallow and 100% based on looks. By looking for an archetype of a person, I can narrow it down and find people I actually want to get to know further and spend time with. Seems the opposite of shallow to me. On a sidenote related to archetypes, a site meant for dating which focuses on a particular interest group is a great idea. Realistically I think it would be better than Tinder and all that garbage, since it is based on culturally connected groups of people looking to meet others like themselves. It is unfortunate that it is so sparsely attended compared to those. A consequence of the nicheness, I guess. Cheers.

The picture was broken and since I think dragonball sucks, that might explain why I didn't get the joke even if it was hinted elsewhere. So to me it seemed like just another guy setting shit priorities. Had to deal with a number of those on here already. Sorry for underestimating you. Either way it's not really hard to find people with similar interests unless you're shy. Go to a manga/anime related store or to cons near to where you live and simply approach people. If you have neither.. well sucks to be you, lmao. However, good luck. There's always someone for everybody. The people I get along with the best don't even like anime (and I like anime a lot) so don't narrow your options down too much. While MaiOtaku is a good site to meet people with that one common interest and talk about it it's not more sucessful at bringing out solid couples than any club/bar.
