Favorite Final Fantasy Game! ^__^

I love Final Fantasy X. In my opinion it was the perfect mixture of action, comedy, cheesiness, slice of life, etc. I wasn't really a fan of X-2 because I didn't like the way Yuna was portrayed in it :/. I'm not really into VII but I fell in love with Crisis Core xD

oh god... every last one of you that has 10 and Up scare me... Which FF games have you all played?

I'm with Kichigai, the rest of you are all way to young to know what a good rpg is all about. FF 13 - the whole saga was horrible. I finished the first one and it sucked, and I couldn't get myself to finish the second one - what an aweful game. For me, the Snes and PS1 games were awesome. FF6 was an incredible game with one of the best storylines I've ever had the joy of playing, the villain Kefka is so memorable. The same goes for 7, the story is great, Sephiroth was insane, and who could forget that opening scene / first mission. Now those are some great games!

^^^^ I guess it's a taste thing. Plus people who witnessed the first of anything (be it a band, a YTer, a game or anything esle) always whine about how bad it got, so I don't take your response too seriously, lmao.

@xynox - Don't get the wrong idea. The visuals and soundtrack were incredible in FF13. Seeing that titan in the background of the world map area was so epic. I'm just a huge fan of a good story. I think these games had potential, they just fell a little short. I am playing 10 now, and I do enjoy it a lot, well except blitzball... And I'm definitely not one to say the first is always better. Fallout is a great example, I absolutely loved the old school PC 1 and 2. But 3 and New Vegas were incredible! The same applies to music - the Foo Fighters music just continue to raise the bar. I'm just unsure of where FF is going. However, 15 looks like it could be an amazing game and I'm really looking forward to it!

I personally like the story of 13... started playing 10 recently and haven't been liking it so far. So I guess it's really about personal taste. That's good then. I'm a fan of a couple bands and artists that have changed a lot in their career (Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon, deadmau5) and I'm so annoyed by the people who always complain how their old stuff was better when actually it's not something that can be said subjectively Haven't checked out 15 yet... I will most likely though.

Lol, I totally agree!! I hate when people trash a band for shifting styles and stuff like that. Unless it's Nickel back - I hate that band.... And they are remaking ff7 with updated graphics and everything and it looks amazing! I know the old PS1 graphics can be a turn off for most people now a days. So check it out! And let me know what you think!
