The ability to produce neon from inside your body also able to breath out the neon in a thick gas. along with that, a body that is magnetically charged. With that combined, this is the Plasma Quirk. Able to breath out thick clouds of neon and and with a snap of the finger BOOM! Neon plasma discharged explosion! *^* Able to cover the body in a burning plasma, turning yourself a miniature sun.
