Pillow - I follow my plan. No excuses. My goal is some more muscle and losing einough fat so I can have some sexy abs. I don't have a weight goal or anything like that. I strictly go by aesthetics. Shawnji - People who don't shower. They don't deserve hugs. I only hug people who smell nice.

@Shawnji Pillow and Maria Would you initiate the first sexual actions with a new partner or would you wait for them to do so? And why?

@Max I'm pretty serious been lifting and running regularly, I've changed my diet, reading info about gaining I'm sure I can achieve what I'm looking for

Yeah I usually Lift early/late afternoon then run in the evening Truth for me

I tend to feel them out first and get to know their mind set and if the atmosphere is right then i iniate first. Unless she's of that special breed that beats me to the punch xD
