Question about matching.

Hey. Apologies in advance, in case this is posted in the wrong part of the forum, but I coudn't find a better place. I created my account a few hours ago and filled my anime matches right away. I didn't filled any conventions tho (since I never had the chance to go to one). But after all this time i'm still waiting for the matches to update, do I need to do anything? My doubt comes from the fact that the website tells me the matches are generated 15mins after I put them on. Cheers :)

Honestly, I think it kinda comes down to a lot of factors. I've seen that time frame up for days and never a match generated. It may just be the sites way of saying no matches, but I'm not the admin of the site, so it'd be best to ask him.
