What would you consider manly?

I like to think of my personal thought of "Manly trinity". Responsibility, Dignity and Loyalty. Responsibility as in, taking actions or taking up acts of leadership, for others and for yourself, while accepting any (Often negative, but not necessarily only) feedback from the actions he has taken. Dignity as in, knowing when you are being asked or used to do something outrageous, to recognise and not engage in any pointless arguements, and would one "lose" in a discussion, accepting another person's opinion gracefully. A form of self-respect to respect others. Loyalty as in, being loyal to the actions you take, the thoughts you muster up, and yourself as a human being. These are mostly inner traits, I do believe that physical manliness includes well groomed/trimmed facial hair. :P
