A few come in mind, in order of increasing attendance: AnimeNEXT (Somerset, NJ), Anime Boston (Boston, MA), Otakon (Baltimore, MD).

Kirk, you forgot some of the other big ones! There's also New York Comic Con/ Anime Fest, and PAX East. Wiz Con is in Philly, and Zenkaikon is in Pittsburgh, PA. I know these only from friends and from dealers room experiences.
