Unpopular opinions

I like most of those but I don't understand all the hype and passion about them. They're good enough or average at best imo.

Medieval politics and main characters being able to die are two ideas that are out of the ordinary so the show was pretty unique and intriguing. Ironically, the worst the show got, the hyper it became. People complain about the last season but at least half the show is terrible imo. So many things are forced, plot lines get dropped, characters get killed to avoid developing them, "good guys" (read: characters the fans like more) get plot armor, some characters become either completely useless or serve only to develop other characters, multiple mary sues... not even going to mention inconsistencies with the books.
