I think eating dogs should be completely legal. People have emotional attachments towards dogs. The emotional attachment is only reason many people think that eating dogs isn't ok. Putting aside your emotions. Dogs are animals. Just like cows are animals. Most people have no problems eating cows. If people had cows as pets. I would be willing to bet that many humans wouldn't be ok with eating cows. The only difference between cows and dogs is the emotional hierarchy that humans placed on them. I personally wouldn't eat dogs. But if someone wants to eat dogs. That's their choice. I'm totally ok with it. I wouldn't shed a tear. Sorry, not sorry. For that very reason. If some advanced alien civilization came down to earth and wanted to eat us. And there was nothing we could do to stop the aliens from eating us. Then the aliens would be well within their right to eat humans. Just as cows eat grass. We eat cows. The aliens eats us. It is simply Darwinian evolution. The lion always eats the gazelle.
