Tiny Things That Make Me /Ragequit.

vicarious_life
Hi~ c: I'm really tired right now and when I'm tired I can get moody, but I just wanted to come on the PA system and offer you this crash course in roomaji. Around the site, various people thank each other with the phrase "ありがとう", the Japanese for "thanks" This is cool and all, as we are a community of otaku, but I would like to point out with a weird otaku laser pointer that I have yet to see this word spelled correctly. Everyone says "Arigato" That is not accurate. (Unless there's a line over it~) The correct spelling is "Arigatou" which, in dictation, sounds like "AH-RI-GAH-TOHHHHH" It's longer, see? It may not seem like a difference to you, but the addition of the "u" is a pretty big thing in the language. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up~ Sorry for my tangents. I'm nice and all, except if your name is misinformation. Silly American Media teaching everyone silly things. (I USED TO DO ALL THE SILLY THINGS TO UNTIL A JAPANESE GUY SLAPPED ME WITH HIS EYES. DO YOU WANT TO BE SLAPPED WITH SOMEONE'S EYES? NO.) Okay, going to take a nap now. Sing me a lullaby. <3

Spanish is much more mild. >.> But Japanese was much more fun as a language because I didn't grow up with it. :D

You know what makes me rage quit... bad teammates in League of Legends.

I usually rage quit when they just spam the same move in fighting games like MK

I want to learn how to slap someone with my eyes!

Thanks Vicarious, actually just started trying to learn japanese, so thats quite helpful. :) Right now just going thru LiveMocha, to get the hang of it.

The League of Legends thing is so beautiful, along with using the same move, or swapping Poke'mon every single move. Slapping people with your eyes is a hard trick, but if they fit cliches it's easy. And Three, you're welcome, I guess? I've never heard of LiveMocha

LiveMocha is just a site, that helps you in learning different languages. its not bad, specially just starting out, like I am with japanese. I was saying thanks due to your first post. I had not learned that yet, was interesting to see, on the difference for Arigatou. :)
