Anyone else ever have that issue? I want to talk to people, but it's always weird getting a conversation started! Hello or hi is boring, but if you think of something cool and get ignored it seems a waste! :O

My experiences are just so varied that it's hard to gauge what kind of response you can get, or more importantly if you even get a response, the lack of response being the common option for me most of the time xD Also thanks for the welcome! xD I'm not trying to be a downer it's just nice to have conversation every once in a while :3

A lot of people have that problem. I don't care if someone messages me a simple, "Hello"/"Hi"/"How's it going?"/(Insert generic greeting), a greeting is a greeting so long as they are actually interested in having a conversation that actually goes somewhere and consists more than just one word answers...
