Strange things to put in the backyard game!

Okay say you live in a town where you have a nice size backyard but close neighbors. What would you put/make in the backyard that would be weird, funny, out of place, or get some officials out there? Sorry I thought of this when my landlord made me stop trying to build a catapult in the backyard. apparently it worried the neighbors.
