I think you outa be firm, but kind. Whatever you do, though, I don't think the friendship should be ruined over that, so it's best to get that out of the way early if at all possible; maybe over a beer.

Oh jeez the dreaded question of the day XD i mean try not to be mean or anything if you dont like them then you dont like them just carefully decline them...now obviously that wont change their feelings some may even still chase after you but keep on declining and hope you dont have a yandere on your hands XD

Thanks guy that helps I got rejected by a girl I like and There is also a girl who is been hitting on me but I don't like her so I didn't know how to reject her without doing the same thing as everyone does I thought about telling her I would mind having a date to get to know her but I want to be straight for honest So if does to work just let her know she is not the person I am looking for but without hurting her

Same thing happened to me this ine gilr asked if i could kiss her and im like no i have a gf and she is all like she wont know -_- the answer is still no XD i tried not to be mean but she kept harrassing fan girls i swear

@Jetzain, yeah, I keep in mind the times I've been rejected when doing it so that I don't treat it lightly; Honestly, taking her on a "date" to tell her sounds very nice; maybe too nice? Idk, I would do something like that; just going out with her as normal and getting to talk about it while you too are loose and unwound; that way, if she becomes a bit gloomy, you can be there as a friend to cheer her up. Plus, you can joke about it like "Oh, but you don't want me anyway!" A little self-deprecation for a pal, you know? I think though, at that time, you should make no illusions as to what you expect from her.
