There's also gin from Hunter X Hunter teaching me to get stronger even against impossible odds and no matter what to always be nice to just about anyone you meet. You never know who you will need to have your back in the future.
Tsukune from Rosario Vampire is actually a good role model. Teaching us to always be the good guy and not judge people on what they are but who they are.
A completely relevant one to our time would be Lelouch and Suzaku from code geass showing that government should fear their people but that we should also obey the laws if fights can be avoided. Fight wrong doings but try to up hold the good laws in the process. Basically they are right and wrong in their own ways and 2 parts of a better whole.

Yui from K-On the only reason is probably because all my friends even the ones who aren't into anime in real life look at her and say wow you look like her or wow you act like her
Either that or I try to act like Asuka from Evangelion
I fail horribly though but that's because I can't be that serious/cool ;-;
