Figuring out what you want.

Go for broke, if he ain't looking.. Look elsewhere! Unless, there is something that is impeding him from dating, if so figure out whether he is worth waiting for or not. If he is, i'd say just be friends and get to know him better and perhaps it will progress from there, or you'll see things that might eventually find about him that you might not like in a relationship, it's too early to tell.
