I'd think many guys do want it, but not sure about all. Also, I would not expect a guy to moan, or a girl for that matter... I mean it doesn't seem like something people actually DO for real, at least not most. I think if someone moans a lot like in hentai or porn, they'd have to be faking it. I think you're more likely to hear/see heavy breathing if he or she feels good.
