Well, I can possibly see why 4kids made that black guy white. They believe it is racially offensive to draw black people with lips like that. Wth did they sensor Luffy's mouth? O_o Can somebody explain that to me?

Purple Jynx is also there doing. Jynx was black making fun of Ganguro, but 4-kids made Jynx purple.

Jynx got purple in the video games as well, probably because of controversy.
