Any good non-adventurous anime?

I'm trying to avoid anime that have: - Supernatural elements - High energy teen (moe) characters (not high priority / acceptable) - Roleplaying Elements (adventuring, warriors, quests, explorations, religious themes etc.) - Heavy focus on relationships / love interests (can be okay but on the side) What I do like seeing: - Dark colors (Think Case Closed, Batman the animated series (just not brightly animated) - Dramatic suspense (cheesey is alright here) - Problem Solving - Realism - Competitive (Sports?) (Like tennis, video games, racing, crime - Can be slice of Life - Crime themes are good (Detectives, Criminal main characters are cool too.) Some shows as example: - Detective Conan/Case Closed - Akagi - Initial D If anyone has any neat recommendations that follow that would be really sweet :)! Bonus Points: - legitimately unpredictable plot twists - Protagonist isn't a hero / moral - Short (13-26 episodes)

FREE/// guys swimming and in the second season they help each other out with problems they have Sakarasou no pet no kanojo/// a guy looks after a girl who is an artist but cannot look after herself Yahari ore no seishun/// they fix peoples problems in a club dedicated to helping people I probably have seen more and these anime are not brightly coloured like no game no life but they have animation which is colourful
