Convention Panel

Hey Guys ! I was thinking of signing up to do a panel I think it would be fun and a great way to meet people ! I just wanted input on panels that you guys loved or hated ! What bored you ? what you thought was great ? O what kind of panel would you look forward to attending !

Depends on the type of panel. You expect different things from a discussion panel than you would from an informational panel or Q&A.

I'm really just looking for a broad opinion on any panels ! I haven't quite decided what kind of panel I want to do that's why I'm asking what people enjoy and look forward to the most ! Better to plan my first panel to be a success ya know ! Also I'm open to do anything every aspect of fandom is fun and interesting to me ^.^

I've always loved the "Meet the voice actor" panels. Steve Blum is such an awesome guy! But you get such a different perspective on anime and manga talking to those guys. Alexis Tipton told me for any potential show you may be interested in, "Try to watch the first 3 episodes." Some shows take a little to get into gear when fleshing out the setting. I've taken her advice to heart and it's proven invaluable. Stuff like that is great to walk away with. I've been to an interesting panel on "Beer in Japan." A neat one was Ayumi Tanaka's Ero-pop exhibits. It was interesting seeing hentai that early in the day, in public. lol And some of the late night raunchiness was really fun too. I guess whatever you choose make sure it's something you're really passionate about. That passion comes through in your panel and is infectious.
