Ooooh! I remember borrowing that from a friend quite some time ago, but I never finished the series. Would it be easy to actually make a continuation of that story?! to Nikita, about Mysterious Girlfriend.

It could be done, the manga itself ran for years. The anime barely covered the manga series.

Indeed it was. I think I discovered it a few years ago on my friend's DBZ Dvd. There was an English dub ad on it and I remember me and my friend making fun of how corny they were making it look. I then checked it out with subtitles.
