Let me make that clearer, trans people are more likely to be the victim, not the perpetrator. And it is mosly be a guy who will.

If your like that then I believe that would be allowed. I think..I'm not completely sure. I understand real transexual people would be the victim but what about people who will pretend to be transexual to get there way..

People thought they were girls but thy were boys when they took a genetic test. They didn't have construction surgery back then anyway.

25% chance of someone being that but not every is tested so maybe 25% or close to it?

Androgen insensitivity syndrome? For people like them, there are doctors and family. Let them sort it out and go from there. People with CAIS are generally labeled Females, PAIS and MAIS are tricky but generally the family and the person makes the decision at a young age. Primarily before 18. And with that decision they generally get surgery. So even if they had a dick at one point, by the time they make their decision, they either STILL have one, or got it cut off and became a woman. Either way, they make a decision and they're not transgender. AIS and TRANSGENDER are 2 different things

In my human sexuality text, it says only 1 in 10,000 have been diagnosed with it.
