PS4 Share Play

Can someone explain what this function does? Like ive tinkered with it in like multiplayer. But I need some more info. Like can you share play PS now games that are like 2 players. Also when you go to your home screen or play a movie can the others see it? Or is it like a blank screen? Ive tested on a few people but without my mic its hard to get feed back.

Lolz me and this guy got it to work on LBP3 that was pretty fun but when I ended the session I think he was watching my screen or something an I could hear him still talking, it was creepy an wouldnt stop so I had to restart the system. Other than that I dont know what else its used for. Just read you can only share play with 1 other person which super sucks because I do group stuff.

Yea I pretty much figured out everything in that video on my own. Wish I had of seen this earlier took me 3 hours. Why do they have a time limit? XD Eh, whatever not a function I will use much unless its a saturday and im really bored.
