How many of you try to keep in shape and regard proper nutrition as essential to unlocking your true potential as a person?

Try is the key word. In between school and work I don't have much time to full on exercise, so I try my consume healthier foods to help myself out.

With the obesity epidemic in America, I think everyone should try to be more health conscious. Not to mention the millions of people who die from lifestyle diseases such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Cancer in its various forms has taken so many lives and I believe that would moderate exercise at least three times a week can significantly reduce the number of victims. An exercise session can only take half an hour, once it is done consistently.

I used to do more physical work but after switching to office work it is trying to make me soft lol. I have been slacking lately but I decided this year to get back to work. I smoke which I am trying to cut out as well.

I don't have that great of a diet, but I work out a few times a week which kinda makes up for it. I'm currently at a pretty healthy wight for someone of my height and that's enough for me.

Work out 1-2 hours a day, six days a week.

Helps to have a workout partner to challenge you or motivate you. I could use a girl with a nice ass running in front of me while I try to keep up as long as possible, for example.
