Touhou

Who here's a Touhou fan? For those who do not know, Touhou is a series of PC-9821 and Windows based video games that are primarily vertically scrolling shoot 'em ups. There is a cast that is much bigger than Kantai Collection, and similarly is all female. You normally play as either Marisa Kirisame, a witch who uses Eastern magic, or Reimu Hakurei, a Shinto shrine maiden who uses yin yang orbs, talismans and other onmyoudou techniques to fight youkai, vampires, ghosts, jiangshi, celestials, and all manner of paranormal monsters in an alternate reality Japan known as Gensokyo. Flandre is only in one game, and has less than five frames of dialogue. She's adorable, for sure, but there are more deserving characters, even if you're a lolicon by chance *_^

I've played them all up to touhou 12.5. Just kinda lost track of em before I knew it and forgot to keep up. Nice games, nice music, nice characters. (Alice is the best) MoF is easily my favorite game and is the one I've played the most.

I salute you neet-one. I have EOSD, PCB, IN, MF, SA in my collection. I've not had the time or patience to touch MF or SA though. Been very preoccupied

I've seen Flandre around randomly because she's popular but I was mostly introduced to her by my friend (who is a lolicon). I am a fan of loli vampires though.

Of course. I buy them online or at conventions. I don't really use Steam or other digital stuff and I only emulate DOS and PC-9821 games.
