Anime Expo 2012

Well, you should buy your ticket now! @Odawesome: I don't know what that is. I'm not very deep into whatever scene Takoyaki is. Is it somehow related to Yakisoba? ._. ...the yaki part... anywho, they probably have whatever that is at the markets or little restaurants around there, if it's edible.

I've always wanted to go to anime expo for a long time now. The problem I had is that I don't have anyone to go with, I'm running low on budget(since I just got back from a vacation), I don't have a car and camera yet. Its just sad to think that this would be my 5th time for not coming for the expo and I've always wanted to go ever since I got here in california. Its just sad...

Yeah, this is my sixth year of wanting to go, so I understand where you're coming from, SixSilver. However, this year I just got lucky. :D My parents needed to give their permission to my cousin so he could take me. You can still, like, hang around the general area, can't you? Like Little Tokyo? Aren't cosplayers there every year?

Ive never gone to these kinds of things, though i hear they are very fun, still i would go if there were people i could go with, any of you planning on going next year? maybe carpool there or somethin.. I dont cosplay, cause its silly (to me) but still everyone has their opinions.

I'll probably be going next year again. After my first convention, I was totally hooked haha. It's fun to WATCH anime, but it's even more fun to LIVE anime!

I've never been to Anime Expo, but I finally decided to finally make the trip this year with my friend. So I'm pretty excited to go. Oh btw I'll mostly be doing photo coverage of cosplayers there so if anyone on here is cosplaying, and maybe want to setup a photo shoot at the Convention let me know^^.

I'm glad it's on day two because since it's my first time at Anime Expo I'm going to be scouting around on Day one for good Photo shooting locations, but since you seem to have a place picked I'll be sure to check it out and see what compositions I can come up with.
