I think we're getting the ideas of gender and sex mixed up. Biologically you're either male or female but gender identification, if you identify more with more feminine or masculine traits, is a spectrum that's fluid.

I.. You... What the... Just... What in the actual hell is going on here?! My brain was trying to keep up and every time I grasped what was being said, it immediately recoiled in confusion of what was being taken as fact and ignored as possibility. Now Heads up this is gonna be long. Kinda ranty, mostly just trying to understand. (I mean no offence) Now, I don't understand why you or anyone else who seems to not agree that there are only 2 genders must go changing the way the world works to make yourself feel better. In the opening you touched upon something I have been working with as an idea that makes the multi-gender business obsolete, this being the idea of humanity. We are all humans, GOOD JOB EVERYONE! Now everyone has traits that causes them to be a bit feminine or a bit masculine, but at the end of the day, the gender hasn't changed. We are human, this causes us not so much to be half girl or all girl, but each is part of the other, you are human. I am human, you are human we are all human, except for when we are not... In our culture we have a fear of being ok with sexuality. There is nothing wrong with it, but we are afraid of it. I think this in part due to our religious foundation as a country. Religion has dictated that sex and sexual acts is a sin outside of marriage, more specific to sex with that but I am giving it some working room. Thank them all! Please do, they are very important, they are half of what makes the human race possible. But don't just only focus on one side here, the goal is equality is it not? So why only focus on one side? Now, the idea of perfection, is a flaw in and of it self, nothing is perfect, and in that there is perfection. Imperfection, is what makes things perfect. Now on to the next part... Anatomy. Here we are in what little I know about this. The male penis is just as much an enlarged clitoris as a clitoris is a small penis. For anyone who is following this far, there is a book called "Why do men have nipples" mostly a comedy book about the things that are strange about our bodies and the reasons behind them. But as OP has said, because we start female. That's just how the genetic code works. In this same idea you can possibly say that men are more advanced because we develop past that and become male, the more complex female. However, there is no point to it, as we are equal, I am no better as a male than the women in my life. I give them more credit as I am slowly beginning to understand what it is to live as a female in this world. But I don't say that they are better. I respect the HELL out of them. And down the hell of a hole that ends up in left field we go... So slow down my friend, this whole business with alternate dimensions is getting kinda funky here. Realistically, there is no proof of alternate realities. Welcome to the Schrodinger's Cat idea, just because you can't see it, is it really there? So is there any use worrying about it? Is there any point to this? I can't seem to find any myself. There is no use worrying about what possibilities could have happened to you, you will get a mental disorder doing that. So why bother trying to fit an idea that has no practical value into a scenario that only fits your perception that makes you feel good? Use science in proper terms, don't go using it without understanding its point. RAPE!!! Contrary to popular belief, not just for females. It may not seem like you have to worry about it, or I need to worry about it, but it happens to anyone. So we all need to worry about it. The idea of allowing sexual assault to occur is what is wrong in the first place, not that guys are evil because they are the ones who rape everyone... (I have to change location so I will be back to finish in a bit. This is very unfinished, only about 30% done. Give me some time I am getting there.) Back. Now where was I... Oh yes. Rape sucks ok... no one should have to go through that. Although in certain parts of the world it may be more prevalent, many countries are cracking down on things like that. I can only imagine you are referencing to mid-eastern countries with that, where you only hear rumors but not much evidence. I can agree and say that there is probably a large problem there, as far as closer to home possibly mexico, I wouldn't be surprised. However I do not blame just males for this, I bring the blame to the furthest point I can because I know it doesn't stop with men. As there must be something more, I look to societies, but it is something that you see in all societies throughout the world, so what could it be? Human nature? Sure that would fit. Religion? Could be, it causes many other problems, teaching that males are to be worshiped and anything they do is ok, would definitely cause this. Religion could influence many people and could be an answer, but it all may just be effects, not causes. I want to find the cause, not just look at something and blame it right out because I don't know better. I want to understand. Was it the chicken or the egg that came first? Neither, why not the amoeba? this kinda just leads back into the whole, well girls are better than boy but they aren't and we are equal thing. But as I sit here and I think, do I feel feminine? I find that sure, there are things that make me feel that way. But what I really want to do is put myself in your shoes. I want to look at it from your perspective. I want to understand it how you understand it. And what I find is that many of the feelings are the same. Sure I would like to be cute, I have my moments with that, I will sometimes act like I am on a cat-walk and strut my stuff and think that I would be terribly embarrassed if someone was watching. But here I am telling you all. I am embarrassed due to not wanting to have people act differently around me, embarrassed because those are fleeting moments that I laugh about moments after when I realize what I was doing, and in those fleeting moments it goes back to my experiment with sexuality. People can't handle it when something weird happens, and so to keep them ok with how the world turns around them and not to have them treat things differently I do it out of their eyes. Not on purpose, mostly subconscious. But with all of this, I am still male, I am still a guy, and I still like girls. So why are we the same in aspects like this? And then how can we be so different in our views. We have the same feelings, so what makes one transgender and one male? Why not just look at it and say, YEP we are both human? Definitions are definitive. They don't just change because you said you want to use it differently. That is an extremely self centered way of thinking. Definitions exist to allow us to more clearly express ourselves. By changing the definition, you add great confusion and misunderstanding. This in turn will cause more problems and hurt feelings than realized. Create a new word if you have to, but leave the old ones be. However I do agree sometimes updates are needed in word definitions, that is not what seems to be going on here. It is just blatant changing it for your own selfish reasons. The time for past has past. Ok so if you wanna go philosophical on me and talk about what ifs, go right ahead. However, there is no sense in doing that. What will it achieve you? Will it lead you to a better decision? Will it change the outcome? What has happened, has happened, and there is no changing that. However I encourage studying the past, it reveals much about human nature, and may even give some ideas that will help you in better understanding yourself and your fellow humans. I like my science like I like everything, in moderation. Use all the science you can think of but keep your science in moderation. Just as they say things could happen doesn't mean they do. Mathematically, sure it should work, in practice it may not. Take your bumblebee for example. Mathematically it shouldn't fly, but yet I see them buzzing around each summer. Scientists don't know it all and you have to take what they say with a grain of salt. The universe just is, that is about as much as we know. Even then, the existence of the universe is only proven by your belief in it, so it may not actually exist at all. Then what makes any off this matter? Now, science is not that complex, just people have a hard time understanding the simplicity of it. When you have something called a Black Hole, I expect to see somewhere that light doesn't come from, and indeed that's what it does. Light goes in, and doesn't come back. Good enough for me. Where did it go? Well I didn't see it leave so until I am notified otherwise, I am pretty sure it is down there, with all the other mass. Science is simple. Human ignorance makes it complex. In closing, I will come down to my burning question. Why did you feel the need to reject what is already set up to define gender, and feel the need to change it to suit yourself? The universe doesn't exist for you, humanity doesn't exist for you. We just happen to. The universe wants to kill us, but we are here. I am glad of that. I want to coexist with everything. So when people come in and disturb the balance like this and make a big ruckus about how things don't suit them so they must change, it is bothersome. It isn't about you, it is about everything and everyone. So please help me out, help me to understand your thinking on why.
