Canada?

This probably isn't the right forum, but it sounds like it'd fit best here. D:<br> I'm planning on moving to Canada, most possibly Manitoba, sometime within the next year to three years.<p> Just curious, does anyone have any tips for a new immigrant to the country? o.o Anything that one should know beforehand, or pointers - whatever?<br> I've been talking to numerous people from there and currently residing in the area. Cool, Manitoba is like Ontario's next door neighbour. You don't really have to prepare for anything.. Just bring warm clothes. I think high cut boots are "in" right now with the ladies, come winter time. ;D People in Canada are generally nice. But still, like anywhere you go there will be some bad apples. You'll be fine. I love snow, I like it when its snowing but driving and getting around is hard when its happening. Just be careful around there during winter time coz Manitoba gets quite a bit of snow. >_=
